Our Team

Mr. Brian P. Batts is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and has a strong general background in business, sales and administration. He has worked in a variety of industries including retail and high-technology, in a number of capacities including: consulting, sales, marketing, operations and I.T. capacities. Deloitte Consulting, a premier international consulting firm with over 12,000 consultants spread across more than 100 offices in 33 countries. Mr. Batts is Flor de Sal USA's Manager of Operations, and Manager of E-Commerce Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Marco V. Pinheiro is a graduate of the Washington State University School of Business Administration, with a background in marketing and international business. Mr. Pinheiro is a native of Brazil and, therefore, a native speaker of Portuguese. He also speaks English and Spanish fluently, as well as some French. He has over 10 years of experience in business administration, marketing and sales. Over the last eight years, Mr. Pinheiro has worked exclusively in international sales, setting up distribution and reseller programs abroad for U.S. companies, principally in South America. Mr Pinheiro is responsible for Flor de Sal USA sales, distribution (including distribution logistics) and business development initiatives.
